A Getplus customer has a wide telecom network, composed of thousand of circuits, with different characteristics and spread all over Brazil regions. Additionally to that, this customer has a high percentage of new circuits implementation, configurations changing, cancellations and “upgrades”. Due to all these, the network cost control became one of the most difficult tasks for operational team and account payable.
Each day, this customer network cost became more expensive and complex as the company had to dedicate additional man power and buy additional network support tools in order to verify whether the costs were in accordance with the services contracted from telecom operators or not.
