A Getplus customer has a wide telecom network, composed of thousand of circuits, with different characteristics and spread all over Brazil regions. Additionally to that, this customer has a high percentage of new circuits implementation, configurations changing, cancellations and “upgrades”. Due to all these, the network cost control became one of the most difficult tasks for operational team and account payable.
Each day, this customer network cost became more expensive and complex as the company had to dedicate additional man power and buy additional network support tools in order to verify whether the costs were in accordance with the services contracted from telecom operators or not. This customer was very conscious that there were a big error rate mistake at the telecom operators invoices. As a kickoff for this new challenge, this customer decided to hire Getplus for a short period of time and based on one telecom operator. This temporary contract was signed as trial, in order to evaluate Getplus services and the financial results. After the trial period, the customer was very glad with the final results. During the invoice verification process, Getplus cancelled several circuits, some circuits had already been cancelled but were still being charged, others were being charged twice on a monthly basis, some were being billed based on a different tariff if compared with the contract signed.
